Do my points expire?

Yes — points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

"Inactivity" means no qualifying purchases. As long as you make a purchase within any 12-month window, your existing points stay active.

Expired points can NOT be reinstated, so we recommend redeeming or earning before that window closes.
