Can I modify my order after I placed it?

Maybe — email us at hello@beyondpolish.com with your order number and what you'd like to change. Our team can sometimes:

• Add items
• Remove items
• Swap items
• Change the shipping address

All of this only works if processing hasn't started yet. We process Monday–Friday in 1–2 business days, so the window is short.

For add items: if approved, we send an invoice for the difference. Once paid, we ship everything together.

For remove items: refund goes to original payment, 5–7 days to post.

We can NOT modify orders via PayPal comments — must be email.
