Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Email us at hello@beyondpolish.com ASAP with your order number and the new address. If your order hasn't started processing yet, we can usually update it. Once it's processed or has shipped, we can't make changes.

A few important notes:

• Address changes can NOT be requested through PayPal comments — must be email
• If the package has shipped, we can't reroute it
• We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout — double-check before placing your order
• Billing address can NOT be changed after order is placed (security reasons)
