Can I exchange a product?

We don't do direct swaps. Here's how exchanges work:

1. Return the item for store credit (through the Returns Portal for BP, or email for SN)
2. Use the store credit to buy what you actually want

Same return rules apply: unused, original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

If you want the replacement sooner: place a new order with the item you want now, then file the return separately. You'll get the new item right away and the store credit when the return processes.
