My tracking hasn't updated in days.

USPS scanning delays are common — sometimes packages go from "label created" straight to "delivered" with no updates in between. It's frustrating but usually normal.

General rule: if you're within the 4–8 business day Standard Ground transit window, give it time. Tracking often catches up at delivery.

Outside the transit window with no movement at all:

• If you have Navidium Shipping Protection: file a claim through the Returns Portal. Claim window for packages presumed lost: 7–30 days from the last checkpoint.
• If you don't have Navidium: reply with your order number and we'll look into it.
