What's your return policy?

The basics:

• 14 days from delivery to start a return
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All customer-initiated returns are store credit only (eGift card) — we don't refund to original payment
• Final sale items are not returnable
• Customer pays return shipping

All returns must be approved by customer service first. Don't ship anything back until you get approval — unapproved returns won't be accepted.
