How do I start a return?

1. Go to the Returns Portal: returns.richcommerce.co/return/new?c=beyondpolish
2. Enter your order number + email, phone, or zip
3. Select the items you want to return and why
4. Wait for approval — do not ship anything back until we confirm
5. Once approved, ship back via the most affordable method you'd like
6. We'll inspect and process within 10 days of receiving

Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
